Are dogs allowed in the shop?
Yes! As long as they are well behaved, clean (not just coming from a muddy walk), and on a lead.
Can we get our tree delivered?
Tree delivery is an option, but we have a limited number of available slots due to staff availability. If you're interested in having your tree delivered, please inquire at the tree barn.
When is the last day that the shop is open?
We are open every day through until Christmas Eve, when we will close for the season at 5pm (please see our opening times on our home page).
Do you take payment by card?
Certainly! We accept various payment methods, including American Express and Apple Pay. However, we still welcome cash payments.
Do you have to pay to see the reindeer?
Nope! Feel free to view them whenever we are open; they're situated beyond the double doors on the left upon your arrival. Regrettably, feeding them is not allowed this year.
